About Sector
QTC is licensed by the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) to provide environmental consultancy services and conduct environmental studies. QTC delivers environmental consultancy and studies to support entities in complying with local and international environmental regulations and legislation, improving environmental performance, and reducing environmental impacts arising from the construction and operation of activities and projects. This is achieved through the provision of scientific, technical, and practical solutions, along with accredited reports prepared in accordance with local and international best practices.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Studies
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Studies for the construction and/or operation of activities across all classifications (Category I, II, and III), including comprehensive evaluation of potential environmental impacts and the development of mitigation and corrective measures during construction and postoperation phases.
Environmental Audit Studies
Environmental Audit Studies for projects holding environmental permits issued by the National Center for Environmental Compliance, for the purpose of environmental permit renewal.
Environmental Management Plans (EMP)
Preparation of Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for construction and operational 03 projects, enabling project management teams to manage environmental risks and monitor compliance with local and international standards throughout project execution.
Comprehensive Environmental Audit Reports
Preparation and Implementation of Comprehensive Environmental Review and Audit Reports for facilities, in accordance with NCEC requirements and ISO 14001 standards.
Environmental Rehabilitation Plans
Preparation of Environmental Rehabilitation Plans for contaminated and degraded areas, in line with the executive regulations for environmental rehabilitation of degraded sites and remediation of contaminated locations.
Closure, Rehabilitation, and Corrective Action Plans
Preparation of Closure, Rehabilitation, and Corrective Action Plans for landfills, quarries, and development projects upon the completion of their operational lifecycle.
Environmental Dispersion Modeling
Implementation of Environmental Dispersion Modeling, including air dispersion and noise dispersion models, in accordance with the latest specialized scientific models.
Environmental Monitoring Activities
Execution of Comprehensive Environmental Monitoring Programs, including baseline studies, flora and fauna surveys, monitoring of sensitive receptors for various projects, and community monitoring activities.

Design and development of an integrated waste management system covering waste segregation, collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Supervision of Waste Management Operations
Oversight of waste management activities for both hazardous and non-hazardous wastes (solid and liquid), including monitoring of collection, transportation, storage, and safe disposal procedures, with full documentation.
Marine Survey Services
Quality Techno Certification is distinguished by its specialized technical team capable of planning and executing marine environmental monitoring, assessment, and survey activities along the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf coastlines. Services include scientific diving for the assessment of coral reef environments and marine habitats, their analysis and rehabilitation, and the estimation of marine habitat densities, living organisms, and biodiversity indicators.
